The conference will take place in the Room 340 of the "Huxley building", Department of Mathematics at the

register as requested. You may use the department address: 180 Queen’s Gate, London SW7 2AZ for the registration.

your university in order to use this service.

Lunch venues
- Senior Common Room (SCR); this is the main food court for the college staff, located in Sherfield
building. This is in building No 20 on the next page.
- h-Bar; the second main food court for the college staff,locatedin

- College Cafe; choices of light bites and sandwiches. This is in
building No 36 on the map below.

dishes. Across the entrance to th emath department on 180 Queen’s

Reimbursements
If you have been offered financial support for accommodation and/or
travel expenses, you are required to fill out the form “EXPENSE
CLAIM E1”. If you are not already given the form, please ask one of
the organisers.
The crucial information to enter in the form are:
- Title and full name
- Purpose of claim: either enter “participant in the conference:
Analysis aspects of dynamics" or “Speaker in the conference: analysis aspects of dynamics”, accordingly.
- Date of birth, and home address
- Bank details: If you have a bank account in the UK, you may enter the data in the form. If you don’t have a bank account in the UK, you are required to either attach a printed page with your bank ac- count details, or email the pdf file of your bank account data to (d.cheraghi@imperial.ac.uk). Foreign bank details should contain SWIFT/BIC information for transfer of funds.
- Travel expenses and /or subsistence (accommodation): Please enter the dates, and details like “train trip from X to Y” or "flight from X to Y". For accommodation please enter the number of nights.
- If the currency on the receipt is different from British Pound, enter the name of the currency under Foreign currency. The conversion rate on the date of the transaction (using Visa exchange rates) will be applied by the secretary.
- Please leave the total of the expenses empty in the bottom
right hand box.
- Please sign, print name, and write the date in the box in the
bottom right hand corner of the page.
- All relevant receipts (for the expenses that are entered in
the claim form) should be enclosed along the form E1 in the envelop
provided. Please return the envelop to one of the organisers before
your departure.
