Join Imperial’s Welcome Team

The College are currently looking for volunteers to support the delivery of the Welcome Week programme between Thursday 26 September – Friday 4 October.

Whether you can give a morning or afternoon over the weekend or a few hours during your working week, your support is greatly appreciated. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in, including:

  • Supporting the move-in effort at our Halls based in locations around West London
  • Supporting events as a steward or part of the set-up team
  • Sharing your knowledge at our Imperial Information Points
  • Leading our Welcome tours for parents and friends

Why volunteer?

Not only will volunteers get to meet colleagues and welcome the newest members of #OurImperial Family, every volunteer is entered into a raffle with the chance to win an iPad or John Lewis/Amazon vouchers. We will also be holding a ‘Celebrating Welcome’ party on Friday 4th October for all our volunteers to thank them for their efforts.

To sign up to volunteer you’ll need to submit your details using our simple online portal. You’ll then be able to pick the shifts you want and change or cancel them if you need to.

To find out more, and sign up, please visit the Welcome Week website.
