Research & Collaboration
We are pleased to have the support of two leading chefs in our endeavours. Tom Aikens of Restaurant Tom Aikens (recipient of one Michelin star) and Keith Goddard head chef of 101 Pimlico Road, London have joined forces with us in our quest in discovering new and exciting facts about cooking.
The mechanical testing work is carried out in collaboration with Dr Maria Chara-lambides at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
