Last year, Reece successfully completed a trial period at Imperial run in conjunction with the charity Action on Disability. He’s now been given a full, casual contract at the College.
Reece works in the hive of activity that is the catering storeroom – where he takes deliveries then organises and re-distributes stock for the kitchen and food outlets around the campus.
“I have really liked getting to know all the different areas at Imperial. I like the environment I work in because it is very busy and wouldn’t want to change anything, I have learnt a lot of skills. I am now much more happy and confident outside of work.”
