We have moved! After launching back in 2010, the ICT FAQ has gone from strength to strength with hundreds of thousands pages viewed monthly, helping Imperial College staff and students to help themselves with IT related issues and questions.
Why the move?
The move is a good thing – it’s part of a bigger movement within the department, embracing the new College-wide support service tool – ASK Imperial. ASK, standing for Advice, Support and Knowledge is the tool used for logging issues, requesting stuff or simply getting in touch with ICT, the Student Hub, Library and more.
Where is the FAQ now?
With ICT FAQ now being integrated within the ASK system, everything is in one place, which saves you and us time with helping you out and keeping things running smoothly.
The ASK ICT homepage can be accessed here and the main search box will bring back all the articles you know and love from this, the original ICT FAQ.
