‘4i’ programme, Immunity, Inflammation, Infection and Informatics

  • Applications are invited from exceptional medical graduates who demonstrate a commitment to a research career and aspire to become the next generation of clinical academic leaders to join our prestigious PhD Fellowship Programmes.  Successful candidates will be selected on the basis of academic potential to reach the highest standards of scientific research, regardless of clinical specialty.
  • The Fellowships will be full-time and fixed term for three years. The funding covers clinical salary, PhD registration fees at the UK/EU rate, College fees, associated project costs and general training costs.

AHSC Starting out in Research Course for Healthcare Professionals

This popular FREE course has been designed by Healthcare Professionals (nurses, midwives, allied health professionals, pharmacists and healthcare scientists) across the three Imperial College AHSC Trusts together with Imperial College London to provide the best introduction possible to getting started in research. The course will run in early 2019 (Wednesday 23 January, Wednesday 20 February and Friday 1 March 2019) over one half day session and two full days at the Imperial College London South Kensington Campus.

To be eligible to apply for a place, applicants must be employed by one of the 4 Imperial College AHSC member organisations (ICHT, RBHT, RMH, ICL) and in an eligible clinical profession. Applicants must be available to attend all 3 course days and have confirmation of support from their line manager.
