WELCOME! A little bit about me

I am privileged to be a fourth year Ph.D student in the Department of Mathematics at Imperial College London under the supervision of Prof. David A. van Dyk and Prof. Jan Conrad (Stockholm University). My interests mainly lie in statistical methods for signals detection and identification, astrostatistics, biostatistics.
The main purpose of my research is to provide opportune statistical tools in the investigation of fundamental scientific problems, whether medical, biological, physical or environmental in nature. In my Ph.D project I am focusing on creating data driven solutions suitable for a wide spectrum of applications including detection of particle dark matter and its constituents.
