The lectures are held at the Department of Mathematics, Huxley Building at 180 Queen's Gate, London. The closest tube station to Imperial College is South Kensington. For useful information to reach the Huxley building see here.

London can be reached by plane (airports Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and City Airport), train (main stations include Kings Cross-St Pancras, Victoria, Euston, Charing Cross, Waterloo, Paddington and Liverpool St) or bus (mainly Victoria Station). Train tickets can be bought through National Rail.

The cheapest way to travel on the tube is to buy an Oyster card upon arrival for £5 as deposit and then top it up. When leaving London the card can be returned in any London station and the deposit is got back. In this way each single trip is around £2, whereas a single ticket bought individually can be over £4.
