The program will start with an introductory school in Luminy (15-19 April 2019) and will contain two one-week conferences. We plan to have mini-courses by L. Alpoge, C. Demarche, Y. Harpaz, D. Loughran, A. Pirutka, B. Poonen, G. Rémond, D. Schindler, S. Siksek, F. Voloch, and others.
