Overview

Leishmaniasis LDA is a program to estimate the number of parasites using limiting-dilution assay. You can either use the online version to calculate parasite frequency and number, or download an R script to run Leishmaniasis LDA on your computer using the R Project for Statistical Computing, a free download with versions for all major operating systems for offline or local use (download R for Windows, MacOS X or Linux).
