As alumni you have access to a wealth of online resources to help you with the following:

–  Negotiate a better salary
–  Expand your network

These are all available through the Careers and Professional Development Service.

Take part in one of our professional development webinars covering topics such as “How to achieve a promotion: building a career in house” and “Interviewing with impact”

Attend our events

We offer a range of professional development events to all alumni including recruitment presentations, guest speakers, special interest groups, networking and social events, and webinars.

Visit the Business School events page regularly for information regarding events that will help alumni advance or change their careers. And make sure you read the monthly alumni e-bulletin with the latest news and events from the School and the College.

Are you looking for a new job? Visit our online jobs board

We provide access to an online careers service jobs board called ‘Symplicity’, which lists vacancies targeted at alumni. If you are looking for new employment opportunities, register for a personal account via the careers team

We will upload your details to the jobs board database and you will receive a welcome email with information on how to access and view advertised job opportunities. If you are a recent alumnus (graduated in 2014) and already have a Symplicity account, there is no need to re-register.

Career Surgery

We offer a Monday careers surgery open to alumni from 18.00-21.00 (carried out via Skype), and Saturday sessions which focus on the Executive MBA students and alumni (appointment necessary, these can be 1:1 sessions in person, over the phone or via Skype). If you live outside of London, email and telephone support can also be provided during office hours.

Please contact our Careers Coordinators for more information or to book an appointment with a Careers Consultant at the Business School.
