House-sit with low-rent for 2 bed garden flat in Forest Hill area from Feb to June 2018

I am looking for trustworthy people to house-sit my 2 double-bed flat while my family and I are away on Sabbatical from Feb to end of June next year. The flat has a long private garden, a spacious kitchen/living room, new bathroom and two big bedrooms. It is very close to Sydenham overground station which is well-connected to the network – so the commute to Imperial is about 45 mins door-to-door and much shorter if you’re headed to the City or Shoreditch. There is ample free parking outside as well if you have a car.

Rent would be much-discounted compared to market rates and inclusive of all bills. No pets allowed indoors and no smokers.
