Current flatmates are two friendly females (aged 29 and 31, Italian and British). We are very friendly and welcoming, enjoy cooking together occasionally and like the place to feel inclusive and like a homely home 🙂 We both work 9-5 Mon to Fri type jobs, going to bed at reasonable times in the week and like to keep the flat clean and tidy so it’s a nice place for everyone to live.
We are 6 min walk from Southfields tube; there are green spaces nearby – Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common and we like to go cycling or jogging/walking when the weather is nice! On that note, there is a bike shed if you’d like to store a bike!

The College’s flagship residential tower at the White City Campus is nearing completion and will be ready for occupation in February 2019. It will provide 192 apartments to rent, 59 of which will be available exclusively to Imperial staff and key workers at up to 40% below market rates. The remaining apartments will be available to rent privately.
There are a range of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, which will be let furnished. All Imperial College and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust staff with a total household income of less than £77,200 will be eligible to apply. The initial staff application process for the launch will open on Monday 19 November and will run until Monday 31 December 2018.

The tower is part of the College’s commitment to building a portfolio of accommodation for staff, available at affordable rents.
