How can I view candidates’ applications for a specific vacancy?

Candidates’ applications for specific vacancies are automatically zipped and attached to the specific vacancy they have applied for.

When you select applications to forward for shortlisting or bulk print, the candidates’ applications for the specific vacancy will be pulled through.

If however you click on the candidate’s name then the Applications, CVs and Supporting Documents tab, you will be able to view all applications made by that candidate. It is therefore important to select the documents with the correct vacancy reference number when printing these out. This information is only accessible to HR and Departmental Users and, as with all HR information, strict confidentiality must be maintained.
