New journal backfiles for Chemistry

Library Services have purchased two journal backfiles from Thieme Chemistry.

Synthesis is an international journal devoted to the advancement of the science of synthetic chemistry. It covers all fields of organic chemistry involving synthesis, including catalysis, organometallic, medicinal, biological, and photochemistry, as well as related disciplines. The Library previously offered access from 2003 to the present – this new purchase gives you full access back to the first issue in 1969.

Synlett reports research results and current trends in synthetic organic chemistry in short personalized reviews and preliminary communications. It covers all fields of science involving organic synthesis, including catalysis, organometallic, medicinal, biological, and photochemistry, but also related disciplines. This backfile extends the Library’s provision meaning that we now offer access from the first issue in 1989 to the present.
